We design and build complete outdoor environments — one studio, one story, carried from concept through construction and into the seasons beyond.

Design-build

One team carries your landscape from concept sketches and planting plans through construction and planting. A single story, told without seams — no gaps between designer and builder, no detail lost in translation.

Pavers & hardscape

Hardscaping forms the true backbone of landscape design. We craft functional, creative connections that complement and resolve circulation needs. Working in concrete, stone, pavers, gravel, chip rock and mulch your experience under foot will be well planned and designed with industry standards to give you the best solution for your project. We utilize the connections and points of interest in your site to best develop your hardscape design. Let us help you define your outdoor living spaces. Every piece is selected for timeless character and proven durability against Idaho’s seasonal shifts.

Pergolas & shade structures

Timber, aluminum and steel structures that turn traditional yards into outdoor rooms. A space to gather with shade, dining pergolas, entry arbors, lattice pergola, artisan metal panels and shade frames that bring architecture into the garden.

04

Privacy hedges & screening

Living walls that soften what you'd rather not see. Layered evergreen and flowering screening that grows more beautiful every year while it guards your quiet.

Water features

The sound of moving water changes everything. Bubbling boulders, reflecting pools, column fountains, and recirculating waterfalls — designed to feel like they were always part of the land, and built to run cleanly through every season.

06

Fire pits & fire features

Gatherings need a flame. We build wood-burning and gas fire pits and fireplaces that anchor an evening — masonry designed to be sat around, not just looked at.

Gathering spaces

The heart of every story we tell — sunken conversation gardens, dining terraces, and lounge courts composed so people naturally come together and stay.

The advantages of water

Why the sound of water makes us happier

Few sounds reach people the way water does. A stream, a falling cascade, even a quiet bubbling stone — our nervous systems read these as safety and abundance, a signal carried from a time when finding water meant finding life. Research on restorative environments keeps reaching the same conclusion: the sound of water measurably lowers stress and settles the mind faster than almost any other natural sound.

Water also gives a garden something subtler — a voice of its own. A well-placed fountain or waterfall produces a soft, continuous hush that the ear accepts as texture rather than noise. Traffic hum, heat pumps, leaf blowers, and neighboring conversations simply dissolve into it. Where a fence blocks the view of the world, water washes out the sound of it.

And then there is the happiness itself. Birds arrive to drink and bathe. Evenings stretch longer beside the glow and gurgle of a lit fountain. Guests drift toward it without being asked. A water feature is not decoration — it is the one addition that changes how a landscape sounds, feels, and is remembered.

The sound of water is the sound of the world being put right.
  • Washes out traffic and neighborhood noise
  • Among the most restorative sounds to the human mind
  • Invites birds, dragonflies, and life to visit
  • Cools patios and softens the summer air

Sustainable horticulture

Designed to grow more beautiful every year

Every planting plan starts with the site — soil, water, light, and the plants native or adapted to the Treasure Valley. We design water-wise palettes that thrive through hot summers and hard winters without demanding constant rescue.

Sustainability at TreeMagine is not a constraint on imagination; it is what makes the imagination last. A landscape tuned to its place needs less water, less intervention, and gives back more — to you, and to the birds, bees, and soil it shelters.
